It sure does not seem that long ago, does it? Last year, ten years, twenty, or even fifty years ago. That was when we got married and started this wonderful life and journey (in Christ) together. We had no idea where and how our marvellous Lord and Savior would take us. Yet, oh my, how great and faithful our Lord has been to us -- ignorant, uneducated, and lacking is so many natural abilities. Yes, God, our God, has bought us, brought us and revealed His lovely Son Jesus unto us. We are grateful! 1st Our God took us to the small mission churches among mining peoples of West Virginia. It was there many lessons of faith were learned as we worked mostly among women and children. A good offering in those days would have been three to five dollars. There was lots of praying, fasting, and standing n the Word of God. God moved, saved, healed, delivered and filled many with the Holy Ghost.2nd Then on to South Carolina and the revival which started in the old tabacco barn in Walhalla, South Carolina; and for over two years people from the Tri-State area: Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina drove in each week. Hundreds were saved; thousands healed and delivered. During this time also, we were on the radio five days a week. The program was named "Miracle Revival Time;" and, again, there were hundreds of healing miracles. 3rd Then God called us to Australia and New Zealand. Here we spent ten years and six months sharing from one end of those countris to the other, preaching, pioneering, having crusades and conventions. Again, thousands were saved, healed, and many were called to preach and go to the mission fields. 4th We were called to go back to America and start a full-time, short-term ministry and missionary training school. Since then (1972) hundreds have come and gone through Faith Training Center in Walhalla, South Carolina. Several have gone to the nations of the world and have impacted these nations for Jesus. Praise God! Some of the nations are Mexico, Haiti, India, China, Russia, Phillipines, Papua New Guinea, Nigeria, Kenya, Indonesia, Spain, Belgium and others. Thousands of people have been saived, delivered from drugs, and filled with the Holy Spirit; and churches have been raised up. 5th Now -- Ministers and Missionaries Fellowship. This is a dream and a burden for God's ministers to come together and share their own burdens of ministry, whether they be pastors, evangelists, missionaries, or other gifts in the Body of Christ. We certainly are at the end-time harvest, and the Great Commission is valid for our day. We are expecting that through M & M Fellowship we will be able to realize some of this harvest And you can be a part of this ministry in these end times! |
